It’s taken me this long to track this down. Taking their name from a classic Warlord track, Lucifer’s Hammer,(Like almost every South American metal band I’ve heard this past few years) keep it traditional as fuck while they crank up the melody and musical proficiency to 11! The level of technical ability lifts Lucifer's Hammer above fellow trad metal South American contemporaries such as Zetra and Nosferatu. Bloodbath Fanzine
Allow me to copy Pagan Altar's third album title to describe not only III:Pentecost but the whole discography of Wytch Hazel so far: well, yes, it's Magical and Mythical!!! A must-have for the lovers of 70's hard sound revival. BoneWalker
